January 16, 2025, 12:00 p.m.-1:00 p.m. ET | Virtual, Pre-Event Speaker Session: Mai Pham, Julie Posselt, and Nigel Newbutt | Will lead a comprehensive dialogue regarding Shared Language for Engineering, Adopting, and Scaling Solutions.

January 24, 2025, 12:00 p.m.-1:00 p.m. ET | Virtual, Pre-Event Speaker Session: Chris Male, Ling Shao, and Ashok Srinivasan | Will lead a comprehensive dialogue regarding Lessons Learned from Failed Solutions in the Past.

January 29-30, 2025 | In-Person, Nashville, TN

This visioning event will convene top researchers from various sectors to consider the theme of Engineering Design to Equip a Neurodiverse Workforce. It will be transdisciplinary with respect to engineering disciplines, sectors, and stakeholders interested in inclusion engineering, including researchers, industry professionals, nonprofits, and venture capital firms.

The ERVA visioning event is focused on identifying and articulating the near and long term strategic focus for engineering research that will place the United States in a competitive position world wide.
