UIDP (uidp.org) is seeking a highly qualified firm with advanced expertise in AI-based tools to identify and evaluate visioning event topics, ideas, and participants. The selected firm is encouraged to deliver sophisticated AI-driven solutions that can not only analyze and assess the quality and feasibility of potential event ideas but also identify and recommend highly qualified participants who can contribute significantly to the success of these events.
Background
UIDP is a global network committed to fostering groundbreaking innovations in science and engineering. It received a five-year cooperative agreement from the National Science Foundation (NSF) to administer the Engineering Research Visioning Alliance (ERVA). The alliance's singular focus is identifying new or emerging engineering research topics worthy of greater study and exploration. Scope of Work
The firm selected will be responsible for providing AI-driven tools and solutions for one or more of the following tasks:
- Identifying and Vetting Engineering Research Topics
- Identifying Qualified Participants
- AI tools for Report Preparation
- Data Privacy and Security
Capabilities
The selected firm will be expected to:
- Demonstrate the ability of proposed technology to identify and evaluate proposed topics.
- Demonstrate the ability of the proposed technology to identify and evaluate potential participants.
- Provide a comprehensive cost model to conduct this work for 3-5 research topics annually.
