Cathy Choi is the Executive Advisor at Knoxville Locomotive Works and a Board Member and Managing Partner of the Advanced Machine and Vehicle Innovation Center. Cathy has more than three decades of energy and transportation experience and has led global strategies to meet net zero greenhouse gas goals by 2050 that included new technology strategy and development and supported business and product strategies by launching more than 100 low-emissions engines and their applications.  Cathy earned her Ph.D. in Mechanical Engineering, specializing in combustion and emissions formation and alternative fuels research.
