Bethany Gordon is an Assistant Professor of Civil & Environmental Engineering at the University of Washington. She specializes in applications of behavioral science and psychology to improve design processes for a more equitable built environment (i.e., exploring mobility and spatial justice decision-making in the context of transportation systems). She is the recipient of a 2019 NSF Graduate Research Fellowship, a 2018 GAANN teaching fellowship, and a 2022 Outstanding Doctoral Student Award from the University of Virginia.
