Partners

ERVA brings the engineering community together to envision high-impact solutions to society’s grand challenges and to spark new research directions for a more secure and sustainable world. As a diverse and inclusive initiative, we engage partners across  engineering research and related disciplines to enable an array of voices to impact national research priorities.

Core Partners

ERVA was formed as a partnership among the members of the Big Ten Academic Alliance (BTAA), the Established Program to Stimulate Competitive Research (EPSCoR)/Institutional Development Award (IDeA) Foundation (EIF) and the University Industry Demonstration Partnership (UIDP), which serves as ERVA's administrative lead. Together, the core partners represent perspectives from industry and institutions in every state and two U.S. territories.

Affiliate Partners

Affiliate Partners are organizations that align with ERVA's mission. They are engineering professional societies and other similar organizations whose members are invited to participate in ERVA's visioning activities on a formal, ongoing basis. Affiliate Partners contribute regularly to ERVA's process and outcomes.
